DeviceNet inclinometer is based on Vigor patent tilt measurement technology and combined with DeviceNet interface. It shortens system building and debugging, reducing construction and maintenance costs.
DeviceNet inclinometer meets ODVA standards and implements industry-standard protocols, and has strong measuring ability:

  • ±0.02%FS linearity
  • ±0.005° Offset
  • Combine with gyro module to realize static/dynamic angle measuring for low/rapid leveling
  • With vibration module to realize in-time FFT computations; outputs vibration frequency and amplitude directly, eliminating environmental vibration influence
  • Combine with GPS module to realize data synchronization/acquisition and local position data at different installation places
  • Performance confirmed for offset, repeatability, hysteresis, and turn-on repeatability
  • Enhanced algorithms drastically reduce cross-axis error and improve true tilt accuracy
  • Greatly reduced errors when the real tilt direction is not consistent with the unit’s sensitive axis
  • Short-circuit, transient voltage, and transposition protections for industrial environments
  • Users can set all parameters via DeviceNet interface and query factory data

DeviceNet Inclinometer supports the DeviceNet standard protocol, enabling point-to-point or point-to-multipoint communication; suitable for high interference, high real-time requirements, and high-capacity data transmission.
It can directly connect and communicate with various PLCs in real time.

A DeviceNet network can support up to 64 nodes. End-to-end distance depends on network speed: at 125 kbps, max distance up to 500 m; at 500 kbps, max distance up to 100 m.
The bus topology is a trunkline–dropline linear bus. C16 cable option (data and power in one cable) offers an extensive line-up of inclinometers for DeviceNet applications.
