SST100 inclinometer is a high-reliability tilt angle measurement product designed for construction machinery industry applications. This inclinometer adopts multiple technologies for reliability and stability, including full-sealing, strengthened PCBA design, optimized power management, enhanced resistance to shock & vibration, 30 kg tensile cable, motion simulation life testing, patented automatic test technology, and precision-machined aluminum alloy housing.
SST100 inclinometer employs low-g MEMS acceleration sensors with 2000 g shock resistance. Through non-linearity compensation, cross-axis sensitivity error compensation, filtering, etc., it outputs analog/digital/alarm signals that are precisely proportional to the actual tilt angle or ASCII data of tilt angle, or alarm signal based on setup alarm point.
SST100 inclinometer is suitable for various construction machinery and field equipment. It can directly connect with vehicle battery or other unregulated DC power, providing jitter-free, high-hysteresis, fast ON/OFF output. It can directly drive relays, speakers, sound & light alarms, PLCs, and other devices, and allows online alarm point setup via RS232 interface.
