SST810 Dynamic Inclinometer

SST810 dynamic inclinometer is specially designed for motion application, which is an inertial product that measures dynamic roll/pitch angle with a high update rate. SST810 has concentrated Vigor’s years of application experience and technologies of tilt measurement, combined with inertial navigation technology, to achieve max. 1000Hz update rate.

Traditional inclinometers are based on accelerometer and electrolyte principles. In dynamic motion such as rapid movement of a vehicle or vessel, the measurement result will be affected by extra axial and centripetal acceleration, so valid angle measurement data cannot be effectively identified, and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. SST810 adopts advanced inertial navigation technology to accurately measure dynamic pitch/roll angle long term, without the aid of GPS.
