4-channel analogue input — voltage / current

The µCAN.4.ai-BOX is the extended universal measurement module for the acquisition of analogue standard signals.
The device is designed for measurement of ±10 V as well as 0(4)…20 mA signals with a
800 Hz total sampling rate.

Connectivity

Up to 4 analogue signals may be connected. Optional scaling of the measurement units is parameterised via CAN bus.

Communications

The digitised analogue values of the µCAN.4.ai-BOX are transmitted via CAN bus.
The CAN bus interface bitrate is adjustable from 50 kbit/s to 1 Mbit/s.
A terminating resistor can be enabled via a hardware switch.
The module’s CANopen implementation complies with CiA 301, CiA 305 and CiA 404.
Both 11-bit (CAN 2.0A) and 29-bit (CAN 2.0B) identifiers may be used for process data.
