The USB220 – External USB Kit Module eliminates the need for an analog amplifier, power supply, and display equipment. The module is powered directly by PC through a USB connection, providing excitation voltage for the sensor. The analog output voltage of the sensor is digitized and processed by a microprocessor using an integrated high-resolution (24-bit) analogue-to-digital converter (ADC).
The onboard USB transmitter and receiver allow communication between the microprocessor and PC via the USB link. USB integration works seamlessly with SENSIT Test and Measurement Software, enabling users to monitor sensor output in real time based on calibration data stored in onboard memory.
This plug-and-play design minimizes the influence of noise, temperature variation, and excitation changes. The USB220 is designed and manufactured by FUTEK in the USA.
