The DF ibex series consists of high-precision torque-measuring flanges designed with standardized DIN flange dimensions and a separate stator ring, enabling exceptional measurement accuracy. The series features digital telemetry with a 24-bit A/D converter and a 16-bit D/A converter for analog output, offering a total sampling rate of up to 25 kHz. Maximum rotational speed reaches up to 25,000 rpm, with an operating temperature range of 0 to 85 °C. The nominal torque range is selectable between 500 and 10,000 Nm.
In addition, the system includes an overload channel capable of measuring up to 300% of the nominal torque, as well as transmission of rotor temperature and diagnostic/debug values. Output options include frequency (RS422), voltage, CAN, and alarm signals, with configurable interfaces and diagnostic functions.
