High-precision DIN-flange torque measuring series with ringless stator, overload channel up to 300% of rated torque, 24-bit digital telemetry and multiple interface options, available in rotating and non-rotating DF plus variants from 100 to 10,000 Nm.
The DF plus series comprises high-precision torque measuring flanges with standardized DIN flange dimensions and a compact, ringless stator design. This architecture allows very flexible installation and measurement configurations on test benches and drivetrains.
A key feature of the DF product family is the additional overload channel, which can transmit measured torque values up to 300% of the rated torque for monitoring and protection purposes. Rotor temperature and debug values can also be transmitted.
Digital telemetry with a 24-bit A/D converter and 16-bit D/A converter for analog output enables a total sampling rate of 25 kHz. The DF plus series is available as both rotating torque meters (DF1 plus – DF5 plus, DF plus HS) and non-rotating reference transducers (DF1 RTS – DF5 RTS), covering nominal torque ranges from 100 Nm up to 10,000 Nm. Configuration is performed via a modern web interface and multiple electrical interfaces are available, including frequency (RS422), analogue voltage outputs, CAN and alarm outputs.
