The DF dual series torque measuring flanges are high-precision, rotating torque sensors designed with standardized DIN flange dimensions and a separable ring stator to ensure exceptional accuracy.
A distinctive feature of the DF family is the integrated overload channel, capable of transmitting measurements up to 300% of the rated torque.
The DF dual series offers a second measurement range, enabling highly accurate readings at lower torque values without requiring modifications to the test bench. Digital telemetry provides 24-bit A/D conversion and 16-bit D/A for analog output, with a total sampling rate of up to 25 kHz.
The system supports multiple output interfaces including RS422 frequency, analog voltage, CAN, and alarm outputs. Configuration is performed through a modern, intuitive web interface.
