The DF plus RTS series (DF1 RTS – DF5 RTS) represents ATESTEO’s high-accuracy non-rotating torque transducers, engineered for applications where stable and repeatable reference measurements are essential. Built using state-of-the-art strain-gauge technology, these passive sensors offer exceptional signal fidelity while maintaining full compatibility with any commercially available full-bridge strain-gauge amplifier.

With freely selectable nominal torque ranges from 200 to 10,000 Nm and an outstanding accuracy class of ≤ ±0.03%, the DF plus RTS series is ideally suited for calibration setups, test benches, and laboratory environments. The series supports DIN pitch circle diameters from 84 to 196 mm, ensuring adaptability across different mechanical configurations.

When paired with ATESTEO’s own SAFO evaluation units, the sensors can output frequency (RS422), voltage, or current signals, providing expanded interface options for integration into modern measurement and automation systems.
