CAN inclinometer is based on Vigor patent tilt measurement technology and combined with CAN module, according to high reliability & stability evaluation methodology of military/aerospace application. It focuses on various industrial measuring and control systems of PLC/DAQ applications. Not only meeting critical null repeatability, it also suits static/dynamic leveling with different optional modules in platform leveling applications. With real high combined accuracy, this unit performs high accuracy data at any angle point.
CAN inclinometer meets ISO11898-2 standard and has strong measuring ability:
CAN inclinometer supports ISO11898-2 slave point standard protocol, point-to-point or one-to-multipoint communication. Working modes support acknowledge mode, continuous sending mode and parameter setting mode. User can set zero point, baud rate, local gravitational acceleration value, zero calibration, vibration suppression filter coefficients, ID address, refresh rate, etc., via CAN.
CAN transmitting speed is 5 kbps~1 Mbps. Supports 127 nodes in a single network on twisted-pair cable; maximum load line length is 10 km. With recommended options (e.g., CAN–Fiber converter, etc.) it can maintain high-speed data rate with longer communication distance.
Option C13 cable is a 120 Ω dedicated twisted-pair cable based on the characteristic impedance of CAN specification. It includes proprietary 100% aluminum foil shield and 65% tinned copper braid shield for maximum shielding effect. It is capable of carrying PLTC-listed signal of UL NEC Type with installation flexibility. For on-site adjustment and display, Vigor provides a specialized CAN connector LED indicator for parameter setting, alarm point setting, and angle value display.
