GPRS inclinometer is developed based on Vigor patent tilt measurement technology and combined with a GPRS wireless module to meet remote object monitoring and system maintenance requirements.

Key capabilities

  • ±0.005° Offset
  • Combine with gyro module to realize static/dynamic angle measuring for low/rapid leveling
  • Combine with vibration module for in-time FFT computations; outputs vibration frequency and amplitude directly, eliminating environmental vibration influence
  • Combine with GPS module to realize data synchronization, data acquisition, and local position data at different installation places
  • Further confirmed offset, repeatability, hysteresis, turn-on repeatability, etc., as key factors for total performance evaluation
  • Enhanced intelligent algorithms drastically reduce cross-axis error and upgrade true tilt angle measuring accuracy
  • Patent error calculation and calibration method greatly improves real tilt angle measuring accuracy and reliability
  • Greatly reduced measuring errors when the real tilt direction is not consistent with the unit’s sensitive axis
